Para el festival La Cultura es Femenina 2020 hemos lanzado este concurso en Instagram.
Queremos contar, con la ayuda de ustedes, otra historia diferente sobre el arte: queremos cambiar la narrativa y la representación de la mujer en el arte de hoy, y generar con ello un discurso contemporáneo de igualdad.
Invitamos a los usuarios de Instagram a publicar una foto en su Instagram de su visión de lo que las mujeres representan en la cultura hoy en día con el hashtag #culturaenfemeninohoy. ¡Pueden participar cualquiera entre 15 a 24 años de cualquier parte del mundo! Fecha límite para la presentación: 14 de febrero de 2020 a las 23:59 (hora UTC). Ganador: Se hará una selección de 10 de las mejores fotos y se publicará 3 días después de la fecha límite (el 17 de febrero de 2020). Invitaremos a todos a votar por su favorito hasta el 24 de febrero de 2020. La foto más votada será el ganador final, que se anunciará el 28 de febrero de 2020. Premio: Las 10 mejores fotos se exhibirán durante nuestro festival «La Cultura Es Femenina 2020». El ganador final recibirá el trofeo exclusivo de «La Cultura Es Femenina 2020». Instagram no está patrocinado, respaldado, administrado ni asociado de ninguna manera con esta competencia. SOBRE EL PROYECTO LA CULTURA ES FEMENINA 2020
Forma parte de un proyecto más amplio llamado Por qué la cultura importa. LA CULTURA ES FEMENINA 2020 es un proyecto interdiscisplinar que pretende conocer, ordenar e interpretar datos objetivos que influyen en la cultura, de manera creativa y difundir a través de acciones artísticas la interpretación de dichos datos que hacen que la cultura influya en la sociedad. Un proyecto que pretende dar respuestas objetivas a la pregunta ¿por qué la cultura es importante en igualdad? desde diferentes puntos de vista y sectores. Y que pretende también fomentar la velocidad a la hora de acercarnos a la igualdad.
En el mundo del arte y la cultura es difícil encontrar mujeres en puestos preminentes y también es difícil encontrar representadas determinadas imágenes de la vida cotidiana, como por ejemplo una niña leyendo con su padre, normalmente, en el arte solo las madres enseñan a leer. Este es solo un ejemplo de lo que sucede cuando nos adentramos en la desigualdad existente en el ámbito de la cultural.
El proyecto #laculturaesfemenina2020 une diferentes ámbitos de actuación, diseña medidas de acción positiva en materia cultural, interviene en diversos espacios y con mujeres artistas de diversas procedencias, y alienta la creatividad en igualdad porque en la profesión de la cultura, si podemos denominarla así, la mujer está infrarepresentada, y a la vez sensibiliza a la población en general para la igualdad. Es un proyecto a su vez suma de proyectos. Proyectos de intervención cultural en distintos ámbitos con mujeres artistas.

Terms and conditions for Instagram Competition
For our festival La Cultura Es Femenina 2020 we have launched a competition on Instagram!
We want to tell, with your help, a different story about art: we want to change the narrative and representation of women in today’s art, and generate a contemporary discourse of equality.
We invite users on instagram to post a photo on their Instagram of their vision of what women represent in culture nowadays with hashtag #culturaenfemeninohoy. Everyone from 15-24 years old from anywhere in the world can participate in our competition! Deadline for submission: 14th of February 2020 at 23:59 (UTC time). Winner: A selection of 10 of the best photos will be made and published 3 days after the deadline (on the 17th of February 2020), we invite everyone to vote for its favourite! You can vote till the 24th of February 2020. Photo most voted for will be the final winner, which will be announced on the 28th of February 2020. Price: The 10 best photos will be exhibited during our festival “La Cultura Es Femenina 2020”. The final winner will receive the exclusive trophy of “La Cultura Es Femenina 2020”. About the project LA CULTURA ES FEMENINA 2020
It is part of a larger project called “Why culture matters”. LA CULTURA ES FEMENINA 2020 is an interdisciplinary project that aims to know, order and interpret objective data that influence culture, creatively and disseminate through artistic actions the interpretation of these data that make culture influence society. A project that aims to give objective answers to the question why is culture important in equality? from different points of view and sectors. And that also aims to promote speed when approaching equality.
In the world of art and culture it is difficult to find women in pre-eminent positions and it is also difficult to find certain images of everyday life represented, such as a girl reading with her father, normally, in art only mothers teach to read. This is only one example of what happens when we move into the inequality that exists in the field of culture.
The #laculturaesfemenina2020 project unites different areas of action, designs positive action measures in cultural matters, intervenes in different spaces and with women artists from different backgrounds, and encourages creativity in equality because in the profession of culture, if we can call it that, the woman is underrepresented, and at the same time sensitizes the general population to equality. It is a project in turn sum of projects. Cultural intervention projects in different fields with women artists.
